*You will be charged the "pp" (private pay) fee if you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice (unless it is an emergency AND you email ahead of time)

*Copays are due AT the time of each session. 

*I use a billing service called Simple Practice. When we schedule your initial appointment, Simple Practice will send you an email inviting you to set up your account. You will need to fill out the electronic paperwork and complete your demographics (including your phone number, address, and birth date) and if you are using insurance, you will need to fill in the insurance information with the demographics of the primary insured. You must enter a credit card; however, you may pay your copays with another method (i.e., cash, check, PayPal), just let me know.

*Simple Practice will send confirmation emails and texts about appointments scheduled and reminder email and text 48 hours before your appointment. Please email at least 24 hours in advance (Mon-Fri) to cancel an appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged $150 for the appointment. That is because I reserve one-hour time slots for each person and I cannot schedule someone in your spot when you do not show.
